People who drankk tea heavily had a 44 percent lower death rate than non-tea drinkers in the 3 and a half year, while who drank moderatly had a 28 percent lower rate of dying when compared with non-tea drinkers.
Another researcher at the Tohuku University School of Public Policy in Sendai, Japan, found women drink five or more 3.4-ounce cups of green tea daily reduces the risk of heart disease by 31 percent in women, while by 22 percent in men
