Green tea is one of most popular tea in the world. Is any other drink proved to have health benefits as green tea? I didn’t find it yet. I have written a lot about green tea benefits. In this article, I want to summarize green tea benefits.
What contribute to green tea benefits?
If you read my former post about green tea benefits, you found green tea is rich in anti-oxidant, especially epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is the secret of green tea. It’s a powerful anti-oxidant which inhabits growth of cancer cells. Besides, green tea also contains catechin. It help lower blood pressure.
